Aaron
Deth Yoga! yoga with death metal
Aaron is a yoga and meditation instructor and a personal trainer so his style blends classical asana sequences with exercise science. In his words, "Yoga is a practice for life. Life is beautiful, but it's also dark sometimes. How great is that? Let's bring darkness to yoga so we can practice holding space for shadows and suffering, then use motion to move that emotion."
At WYF, Aaron will be teaching his signature format, Deth Yoga-a power flow set to heavy metal music. It's a path to peace that runs through chaos. Trust us, Savasana hits even deeper when it comes after Slayer g.
